189技术移民最新配额, 189, 匠心移民留学

周三移民局公布了2018-19财年189独立技术移民的最新配额，移民局之前在发布7月11日邀请数据时所给出的2018-19财年的配额，实际上是2017-18财年的数据。移民局又闹乌龙了。

以下表格是2017-18和2018-19财年各专业的移民配额对比以及本财年前两轮用掉的配额数量。使用Pro-rata发放配额的专业我们用黄色标出，其它较为热门但不使用Pro-rata的专业，我们用蓝色标出。

通过上表我们可以看出，本来配额就紧张的会计专业，这一下子又减少了1032个名额，并且还要和其它类别的技术移民签证分享这点可怜的配额。目前会计的移民分数线是80分，可以预见，会计的移民分数线很难再往下降了。审计专业的配额基本与上个财年持平，小幅增长了15个。

工程专业方面，要数电子工程伤得最深（Electronics Engineer），原本1000个配额骤减70%，这个财年只给了300个配额。预计该专业本财年邀请分数线要维持在至少75分了。

计算机专业方面，3大热门专业基本还算稳定。除了2611 ICT Business and Systems Analyst减少了108个名额外，2613 Software and Applications Programmers、2631 Computer Network Professionals分别增加了1069和849个名额。预计目前的邀请分数线会继续维持下去。

非Pro-rata的较为热门的专业如建筑师、土木工程师、电气工程师、教师、护士、社工这类专业配额有小幅增减，没有惊人的变化。8月11日，非热门专业邀请到了5月30日的70分，这个财年有望降至65分。

热门专业8月11日的邀请分数线和邀请的截止日期如下：

189目前邀请到了5月30日的70分，489邀请到了6月24日的80分。

8月11日的这一轮邀请，总共发放了2500个名额，比7月11日那轮足足多发放了1490个名额。
